As much as I want to secretly hope for the Hawkeyes to make it into the big game, I fear we will do what we usually do when we enter a season highly touted...we will lose one of those first 3 non-conference games we have no business losing, and will tack on a couple more bad losses in conference play, and will somehow still go to a New Year's Day bowl in Florida (Outback or Capital One) because our fans travel well.

We will certainly know the potential by the time we hit Vegas on 10/2/10 and see Iowa taking on Penn State and FSU tangle with Virginia. Plus, I can't wait to see how Turner bets the Red River Shootout!
