No, the offense did not look good. Let’s face it, the Broncos won’t move the ball until they find a way to get the ball downfield. Right now, the defense is stacking the first five yards downfield to take away the short pass and run. This won’t open up until the Broncos throw it deeper than 15 yards.
The defense on the other hand looked pretty strong. I think they had more sacks and turnovers in the first half than they did all of last season. The Bengals only moved on them when the Broncos took the pressure off and played not to lose.
Sure, they won on a miracle play.
But, at the end of the day, when all is said and done.
I don’t care, because they still won.
